rspi asal kek sbjik..tpi kita sja buat cc..rspi kita amik dri Allrecipes..ada bnyk jgk rspi red velvet kek kat web ni dan bleh dikatakan rspinya hmpir sma je..cma bzanya smaada gna butter atau minyak masak dan mcm yg kita cba ni gna shortning..jdi bleh plih nk buat yg mna..
Sumber Resipi : Allrecipes (resipi asal Red Velvet Cake)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar - maz guna 1 1/3 cawan je, ni pun dah manis
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon butter flavoring - tak letak, xde
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 bottle (1 ounce) red food coloring - maz guna 4 sudubesar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk - maz ganti dgn 1 cwn susu segar + 1 sudu besar jus lemon, biarkan 10 minit sebelum digunakan agar susu bertukar pada suhu bilik
- 2 tablespoon sunquick orange - ni maz tambah sendri, resipi asal xletak
- 2 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
Frosting - maz buat separuh je dan kurangkan sukatan gula
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract - maz ganti dengan sunquick orange
Directions
1.In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in food coloring, vinegar, butter flavor and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk + sunquick orange.
2.Pour into three greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
3.In a large mixing bowl, combine frosting ingredients; beat until smooth and creamy. Spread between layers and over top and sides of cake.
Utk rujukan : Untuk papercup saiz 2.5oz ni maz letak 30g adunan dan bakar selama 20 minit dengan suhu 150 C, ni oven maz la ye..
