Assalamualaikum...puding ni pun kita buat minggu lepas jgk...wpun musim kehangat puding ni dah lama berlalu..cma baru smpai ke dpur kita je!! sbbnya kita xgemar puding2 ni...klu mkn pun stkat amik rasa je...anak2 plak memang sah xmkn...puding2 lain pun sma jgk..permintaan teramat la kurang kat umah ni...sbb tu kita jarang sngat buat spesis2 desert yg mcm ni...ni pun kita buat msa Cik Abang kita blik ari tu...buat pun 3 gelas ni je dan Cik Abang kita la yg hbiskan smuanya...kbetulan kita ada bli manggo india yg bsr gedebak tu...2 bjik pun dah ckup 1 kilo...rspi kita amik dri dpur Kak Ummi..rdpi asal dri Gert...tq both dan mtak izin nak copy rspi dri umah Kak Ummi ye...
Ingredient:
7 grm gelatin (1 packet) + 3 tbsp of water - kita guna serbuk agar-agar NONA2 ½ cups full cream milk
1/4 cup sugar - kita guna susu pekat
1 tsp vanilla1 ripe mango – cut into small cubes or puree - kita guna mangga & strawberi

Method:-
1. Mix the gelatin and water together and set it aside to bloom.
2. Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan, cook over low medium heat until bubbles form around the edges of the saucepan.
3. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and stir in the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into six ramekins or cups. At this stage you can add in some cut mango and refrigerate until set or you can serve it with some mango puree.
