Assalamualaikum w.b.t...memula nk mtak maaf sngat2...xthu la apa yg trjdi dgn blog ni smjak klmarin...bru tdi maz notice ada mcm2 gambar hantu raya yg duk promot kat sni...maz ni memang xreti sngat2 bab benda mcm ni...xthu nk tekan mna...mcmana gmbar2 hantu yg brbaju...xtrbaju tu muncul kat sni pun xthu...huhuu...klu ada yg dah trlihat gmbar2 yg xsepatutnya tu...maz mohon maaf sekali lgi...ok la berbalik pda gmbar ni plak...bleh kata terhangat dipasaran skarang ni...goreng pisang bercheese...maz pun xpernah mkn lgi sblum ni greng pisang mcm ni...tpi ramai kwn2 kat FB duk brcerita tentang greng pisang ni...ada yg sngup Q pnjang semata2 nk beli greng pisang cheese ni...jdi bila tgk yg Mamafami punye sbjik mcm Kak Zai tnjuk yg dia beli...ibarat rezki la...terus terpikat dgn goreng pisang Mama...tu yg terus buat...kira panas2 lgi la ni...maz memang suka greng pisang...memang sedapp la...aiman dgn babanya pun suka...bleh buat lgi pas ni...jazakillahukhairan Mama dan Azhafizah atas resipi yg dikongsi...semoga jumpa lagi...Insyaa Allah dan mohon maaf atas segala kekurangan...

A dozen of frying bananas - remove the skin and halved
Cheddar Cheese - I used Beqa brand
Batter : (maz buat 1/2 resipi)
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1 medium sized egg
- 1 tablespoon melted margarine
Coating sauce :
- 1 tablespoon margarine - maz guna lebih
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk - guna lebih
Method :
To prepare the batter.
1. Sift rice flour, plain flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add in the turmeric and salt.
2. In a small bowl, crack the egg and add the cooled melted margarine.
3. Pour into the flour and stir. At the same time, pour in the milk as well, a little at a time till you get the right consistency. It must not be too thick or too watery.
4. Heat oil in a wok. Dip the bananas into the batter and fry till golden brown. Set aside.
To prepare the coating sauce :
1. Melt margarine in a small pot. Remove from heat. (maz panas dalam microwave 6-8 saat)
2. Add in the condensed milk and a bit of grated cheese. Stir to mix.
3. Coat each piece of fried bananas with the sauce and arrange on your serving plate.
4. Grate some cheddar cheese on top. You can also sprinkle some chocolate vermicelli or grated cooking chocolate.
5. Enjoy.
goreng pisang ni memang bleh mkn slalu kan...klu kat msia dlu pun blik amik anak skloah slalu la beli yg adik tu jual...biasanya klu mkn greng pisang xrangup tak sedapp kan...tpi versi susu pekat dgn cheese ni sedapp la plak...bleh dibuat sebagai dessert yg menawan...
