Blueberry Cheesetart

Assalamualaikum...slmat brsua kmbali...smlm xsmpat nk lepak kat dpur alam maya ni...kbtulan anak bongsu kita pun kurang sihat..batuk2...hri ni dah ok...bleh p skolah dah...ok lah mai jamu mata dgn tart gdebak kita ni...sbnarnya bkn saja nk buat bsr2 mcm ni..tpi dah xde acuan yg kcik molek tu...hti xsbar2 nk mngetart..jdi kita tekan2 la jgk dlm acuan bsr ni...takpe lah...asalkan ada rupe n rasa tart udah le ye!! rspi tart ni dri sifu kita jgk...Mamafami (Spice n Splendour) tart ni memang ckup sdppp..tart shellnya tu ranggup sngat2..mcm biskut raya la plak rasanya..aiman pun ckp..best la mami!! mksih ye Ma utk rspi yg mbeles ni..akan buat lgi...nk buat mixfruit tart plak...hihi...mksih pda kwn2 yg sdi singgah dan tnggalkan msj..insyaallah nti kita ziarah dpur kwn2 plak...

kita buat 1/2 rspi je..sbbbya xckup acuan leeee...mls nk bkr 2-3x...takpe next time bleh buat lgi kan...kita saja buat gring skittt..nak yg kru krap gtuw..

Sumber Resipi : Mamafami ( Spice n Splendour )
Bahan-bahan:

  • 250g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 60g sugar - kita letak 25g utk 1/2 resipi
  • 20g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons whip cream - kita ganti dgn plain yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoon sunquick - kita ganti dgn jus lemon

Filling of your choice : Mango, Strawberry and Blueberry

Method :

1. Cream the Philadelphia cream cheese, sugar, butter and egg together.
2. Add in whip cream and sunquick and continue beating till smooth.
2. Arrange the tart casings on a tray.
3. Pipe a bit of cream onto the casings. Put a bit of filling on top and cover it with more cream mixture.
4. Put a tiny bit of filling on top of the cream and using a toothpick, just sketch on the filling to create lovely design.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 10 - 13 minutes.

THE SHELL
Ingredients :

(A)

  • 100g icing sugar
  • 200g butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

(B)

  • 1 egg

(C)

  • 420g flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder

Method :

1. Beat (A) till soft. Add in B and continue beating till well mixed.
2. Add in (C) to form a soft and smooth dough.
3. Take a bit of dough and press it onto the tart casing.
4. Poke the base with a fork. Bake for 12 minutes or till golden brown. Remove from oven and let it cool. - kita bakar dgn suhu 140 C

Note : Tart shells must be kept in an airtight container.
