Assalamualaikum w.b.t...Subhanallah...Subhanallah...Subhanallah...syukur atas rezkiMu Ya Allah...INNA HAA ZA LARIZKUNA MAA LAHUU MIN NAFAD (Surah Shad - 54)..."Sesungguhnya inilah rezeki Ku kepada kamu yang tidak habis-habisnya"...Allahuakhar...tidak terkira betapa besarnya nikmat Allah kepada setiap hamba...semoga kita sntiasa bersyukur kerana sesungguhnya rezki itu wpun banyak belum tentu ckup utk kita...mgkin duit tu diguna utk bayar rumah...duit kereta dan sbgainya utk hal2 lain...tpi wpun rm10 kita guna utk tabung masjid...sedekah keranaNya...amat besar ganjarannya...kerana inilah rezeki kita yg sebenar...apa yg maz tulis diblog ni sebagai melatih dan ingatan diri sendiri...sesunggunya maz sendiri banyak kekurangan...sama2 lah kita berusaha dlm mencari redhaNya...kalau ada yg bermanafaat pada yg lain..Allhamdulillah...tiada lebih niat ni semoga kita sama2 dpt mencri saham akhirat...akhir kata mohon maaf atas segala kelemahan yg dtg dri maz dan semoga jumpa lagi...in syaa Allah...salam ukhuwah dipagi rabu utk semua pengunjung ilham dapur yg xseberapa ni...

1. Heat the oil in a deep-fryer or electric skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour in the milk, eggs and oil and stir until well blended. Mix in apples until they are evenly distributed.

Ingredients - (maz buat 1/2 resipi, 3 biji pisang)
- 1 quart vegetable oil for deep-frying
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a deep-fryer or electric skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour in the milk, eggs and oil and stir until well blended. Mix in apples until they are evenly distributed.
3. Drop spoonfuls ( maz guna scoop ais krim) of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden on both sides, about 5 minutes depending on the size. Fry in smaller batches so they are not crowded. Remove from the hot oil using a slotted spoon and drain briefly on paper towels. Toss with cinnamon sugar while still warm.
